„TOP PROJECT” ended sucessfully!
Proud to announce that 2-year „TOPproject” for client PRO-KLIMA d.o.o. in Samobor successfully ended! Not quite but in general, yes. We performed a project management in a 2,9 million EUR project with the approx. 50 % grant from EU structural fund for regional support and development.
Good news is that the project ended with 96 % of grant refund. Additional money was successfullyrefunded considering unexpected project features.
The key of this project success was good project planning and intensive project management lead with great support of PRO-KLIMA project team.
